In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
- Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
- Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
- Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
- An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
- Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
- Hands-on experience in WCS 8 and above version
- Experience in end-to-end project implementation of functional projects in WebSphere commerce (HCL Commerce)
- Knowledge and experience with Design, Development, deployment and release processes for WCS.
- Knowledge in working with project development team in coding/review for the WCS customization code.
- Strong understanding of WebSphere commerce application architecture and able to provide the right design decisions.
- Experience in working in onshore/offshore model
- Ability to create blueprint designs landscape for complex e-Commerce ecosystems.
- Experience in pub/sub, data migration, service integration (Apache Kafka, multi-threading, Asynchronous programming (Reactive Spring) and Spring Batch)
- Experience in Integrating, designing and developing custom solutions within WebSphere Commerce.
- Hands-on experience with utilizing various subsystems of WebSphere Commerce Server (Catalog, Order, Member, Payment)
- Experience in working on different Business models of commerce (B2B, B2C).
- End-to-end experience in software development life cycle and familiar with agile methodologies. Knowledge of SAFe will be added advantage.
- Knowledge in Microservices architecture and understanding of OMS Systems will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in WebSphere Commerce Server (WCS) 8.x, Spring boot
- Experience and desire to work in ReactJS, Spring Batch, WCS 9 and older versions, Lucid
- Proficiency in Data migration, pub/sub, Service Integration.
- Ability to work in team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Analytical skills
- Experience in working in Agile teams
Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
