Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow architect with AI implementation and governance expertise to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM and Employee Experience solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Pro, Now Assist, Agentic AI, Virtual Agent, Platform Analytics, Service Portal, UI Builder, and enterprise integrations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design scalable digital workflows, AI-driven automation, and user-centric service experiences.

Experience

• 10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• Gen AI implementation
• 5+ years in ITSM implementations.
• 2- 3 years in Now Assist Agentic AI implementation
• Experience with AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs in enterprise environments.
