SAP CX Solution Architect

The SAP CX Solution Architect plays a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions for our clients on everything related to cloud for customer. The SAP CX Solution Architect will work closely with clients to understand the purpose of the project, the business benefits that will be gained, and the functionality required to make the project successful. The CX Solution Architect is responsible for leading the discussions and decisions within C4C and Sales and Service Cloud V2 solutions. The Solution Architect is responsible for developing the overall solution direction while assisting and directing the technical team in delivering the recommended solution. The Solution Architect is involved in all phases of a project from discovery to go live; facilitating collaboration between the business and technology to ensure a clear understanding of the solution.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead group workshops to identify strategic drivers and develop required use cases, functional requirements and documenting process flows
• Design and configure solutions for implementing SAP CX C4C Sales and Service
• Experience in designing and configuring integration points between CX C4C, Sales and Service Cloud V2 and S4 HANA, ECC. Knowledge of integration scenarios using middleware platforms such as CPI is required
• Collaborate with project manager to develop project delivery plan, applying knowledge of the requirements and past project delivery experience to help identify risks and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in writing functional specification and technical specification documents, unit and integration test scriptsDiagnose and provide solutions to business process challengesWork closely with clients to develop and deliver winning C4C and Sales and Service Cloud V2 strategies
• Experience leading test cycles (Integration and UAT), training business users on C4C application and preparing training documents in collaboration with super users and SMEs
• Experience with data migration using various templates and Data Work bench for C4C and Sales and Service Cloud V2 and administering the application
• Serve as a subject matter expert throughout organization on C4C and Sales and Service Cloud V2 platform questions and troubleshooting efforts
• Collaborate with the client and the C4C and Sales and Service Cloud V2 team in defining best practices for CX solutions and providing feedback on proposed solutionsImprove NTT DATA Business Solutions' offerings, processes, methodologies and support business development efforts
• Experience leading cross functional teams and onshore and offshore resources

Position Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales or related field of study
• Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following industry sectors: Distribution, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, CPG
• 7 years of SAP project implementation experience and/or 1-2 cross application areas OR Master’s degree and 5 years of experience
• 5 years experience in hands on full lifecycle, production scale C4C and Sales and Service Cloud V2 implementation
• 5 years experience in complex systems projects
• Articulate communicator with all levels of client staff and across various stakeholder groups
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects without supervision
• Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot and escalate risks throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred

• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA or other products like FSM, CPQ in CX suite

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $160,377- $229,337. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
