Lead ERP Solutions Architect (Odoo)
Indexed description
We believe everyone deserves a smile they’ll love 😁. As the largest Ortho clinic chain in Europe, we combine cutting-edge tech with expert care, revolutionizing invisible orthodontics since 2019.
With 150+ clinics across 10 countries 🌍 and rapid growth, we’re improving lives worldwide.
We are looking for a Lead ERP Solutions Architect (Odoo) to join our Onsite Team in Barcelona and lead the transformation of our digital presence.
📢 Why We’re Cool
- Work with an international and multicultural team
- Competitive salary
- Teeth aligner and whitening benefits
- Collaborative work environment and positive culture
- Opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, innovative company and real start-up experience with big challenges
- Fresh fruits and healthy snacks at the office
- Own Odoo 18 across all entities: module strategy, configuration, integrations and roadmap.
- Set the target architecture for back-office operations across Odoo, our CRM, our offer service and our internal platform services, then migrate processes to where they belong. Logistics, production and finance come first.
- Drive our finance automation programme: bi-directional bank connectivity, AR reconciliation, automated payment proposals, purchase orders, and the inventory and warehouse rollout to clinics.
- Own the integrations between systems: CRM to ERP sync, manufacturing orders triggered by aligner production events, shipping label generation, product catalogue and SKUs, invoice templates and tax configuration.
- Keep us compliant and auditable in every market we operate in, including local e-invoicing and tax authority reporting.
- Manage our external Odoo delivery partners and hold them to scope, quality and timeline.
- Work directly with AP, AR, accounting, logistics and clinic operations. Understanding how they work comes before redesigning anything.
- Deep, hands-on Odoo expertise. You configure, you spec, you read the data model. Odoo 16 or later, ideally 18, with functional depth across accounting, inventory, purchase, manufacturing and sales.
- You've done this in a multi-entity, multi-country business. Intercompany, consolidation, local tax regimes and e-invoicing are familiar ground.
- Integration literacy. You don't need to ship production code, but you need to specify an API or event contract and challenge an engineer's design when it's wrong.
- Clear views on system boundaries and the ability to defend them. You can explain to a finance director why a process belongs in the ERP rather than the CRM, and win that argument.
- Commercial and operational curiosity. The best people in this role understand the business before they touch the system.
- Comfortable owning a platform that finance and operations depend on every day.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Based in Barcelona and happy to work from our HQ full-time, alongside the finance and operations teams you'll be building for.
