Grubbs Family of Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR / Payroll Admin to join our team in Grapevine, TX. This role involves supporting the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation and excellent employee support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Processing weekly payrolls for 13 locations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support on boarding and orientation for new hires
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and related paperwork
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding Payroll issues policies and procedures
- Prepare Payroll reports and documentation as needed
- Assist with payroll administration and time sheet tracking
- 5 yrs Payroll Experience AUTOMOTIVE is preferred (Paycom)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Payroll systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Competitive pay of $25.00 per hour, paid weekly
