Job Summary-


Candidates are being considered across all cities in Germany! Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, ITOM, and GRC/IRM. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow solutions.


Key Responsibilities-


  • Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalogs, notifications, SLAs, approvals, and business rules.
  • Develop using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
  • Build custom applications and scoped applications using App Engine Studio.
  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
  • Perform data migration, integration, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Implement platform security, roles, ACLs, authentication, and access controls.
  • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, instance management, releases, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
