The Customer Tribe works across ASB Bank to drive automation for a variety of initiatives through specialist software like Pega. The tribe is a mix of collaborative experts who simply love enabling automation, making life easy for ASBers and our Customers.

As a Software Specialist & Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of our team that is responsible for technical development to a range of projects on Pega Platform across our Tribe.

In These Roles, You Will Support

• Modernize legacy processes into seamless, intelligent digital journeys
• Design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions using modern Pega frameworks
• Harness AI, GenAI, and engineering accelerators to drive faster, smarter outcomes
• Create exceptional experiences for customers and frontline teams alike
• Lead transformation across the banking value chain, from onboarding and lending to financial crime, payments, and servicing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions

Our Ideal Applicants Will Demonstrate

• Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) certification and 6-8+ years of Pega development experience, including 5+ years working at Senior System Architect level
• Strong knowledge of Pega Constellation, DX APIs, AI-powered features, and cloud-based technologies
• Good understanding of Pega CLM/KYC frameworks and integration technologies, including REST APIs and Kafka
• Knowledge of the latest Pega innovations, including GenAI, Knowledge Buddy, Blueprint, Agents, and AI-powered development tools
• Strong understanding of Pega delivery methodologies, best practices, and enterprise application development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
