The Team You’ll Join

You’ll join Deloitte Technology & Transformation in Auckland as an Associate Director or Senior Specialist Lead, Operate Service Architect. You will work within a cross-functional Operate team focused on designing and delivering managed services for complex client environments. The team partners closely with delivery, commercial, and solution architecture leads across New Zealand and globally, supporting large-scale, multi-year engagements across cloud, platforms, cyber, and business transformation.

Job Description

As an ‘Associate Director or Senior Specialist Lead, Operate Service Architect’ you will design and shape scalable managed services that align client outcomes with Deloitte’s delivery capability, risk appetite, and commercial objectives. Your typical day will include:

• Leading the design of end-to-end managed service solutions across complex engagements, translating client requirements into practical service models
• Defining operating models, governance structures, service boundaries, and delivery approaches to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
• Supporting pursuits through solution shaping, pricing, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring solutions are commercially sound and competitive

Qualifications

Bring your expertise in managed services, service architecture, and commercial solution design and see what impact you can make. You’ll also have:

• 10+ years’ experience in managed services, outsourcing, or Operate delivery models, including large-scale, multi-year engagements
• Strong understanding of service management, operating models, pricing structures, and global delivery environments
• Proven stakeholder engagement capability, with the ability to influence senior leaders and operate across complex, cross-functional environments
