Senior AI Solution Architect

Location: Athens, Greece.

Model: Hybrid 2 office / 3 home.

🔹 The Role

• Design, develop and evaluate innovative Generative AI solutions alongside AI/ML Scientists and Architects.
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for AI adoption.
• Lead the implementation of Generative AI solutions within client environments, taking them through to production.
• Deliver AI workshops and training sessions when required.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business challenges into effective AI solutions.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical, mathematical or scientific discipline.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Azure or equivalent.
• Proven experience deploying solutions into production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts such as RAG, GraphRAG and AI Agents.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
