Our client is one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world, a $2 billion-valued enterprise AI agent platform. Its agents handle customer service and business workflows across several countries, deployed by teams embedded directly with the customer, taking agents from pilot to production in days and weeks rather than months. Greece is one of its key growth markets, which is exactly where this role comes in. The client's identity will be shared on introduction.

The Role

Where the Forward Deployed Engineer builds, the Deployment Strategist makes it matter. You will embed with enterprise customers, identify the problems genuinely worth solving, scope AI agent use cases, and own outcomes from pilot through to full production rollout. You are the person who turns a deployment into measurable business value, managing stakeholders, defining success, and driving adoption on the ground.

What You'll Do

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand their operations and identify high-value AI use cases
• Scope and prioritise deployments, defining the problem, the success criteria, and the path to value
• Work hand in hand with Forward Deployed Engineers to shape what gets built and why
• Own stakeholder relationships from working teams up to senior leadership
• Drive adoption of deployed agents, measuring outcomes and iterating with the customer
• Feed what you learn in the field back into Product and Engineering

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in roles demanding structured problem-solving with customer or stakeholder ownership, consulting, product, solutions, strategy, or operator backgrounds all translate
• Technical fluency, comfortable with data, systems, and what's feasible, credible in the room with engineers
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, up to senior level
• High-agency and ownership, comfortable creating clarity and driving decisions in ambiguity
• Commercial instinct for where AI creates real business value, and where it doesn't
• Genuine curiosity about deploying AI systems that work in practice

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying AI, automation, or conversational systems into enterprises
• Time in a forward-deployed, embedded, or client-facing delivery model
• Fast-paced start-up or scale-up experience

Working Arrangements

• Based in Athens, Greece
• 2-3 days per week on customer sites, remainder flexible
