Workday Integration Consultant

Job Title- Workday Integration Consultant

Location – Holmdel, NJ- onsite

Contract – 1+ year

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Studio, HCM.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and external systems.

The candidate should also have Extend Knowledge or should be Workday Integration Certified.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Integrations

• Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using:
• Workday Studio
• EIBs (Inbound & Outbound)
• Core Connectors (CCW, CCB, PECI, RaaS)
• Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third‑party vendors (background check, job boards, payroll, benefits, identity management, etc.).
• Develop custom Studio integrations using XSLT, XML, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Create and manage RaaS (Reports as a Service) and complex Workday reports to support integrations.
• Handle integration error analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Manage integration schedules, alerts, retries, and security (ISU, authentication policies).
• Should have Extend Knowledge.
