S/4HANA Platform Consulting Leader

We are looking for experienced SAP professionals to drive large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs for our global client.

We are hiring senior profiles across three tracks: Transformation Lead, Enterprise Solutions Architect, and Subject Matter Expert.

The Tracks

• Transformation Lead: Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale S/4HANA programs. You will manage cross-functional workstreams, drive client executive relationships, and be accountable for business outcomes across the full program lifecycle.
• Enterprise Solutions Architect: Operate at the intersection of pre-sales and advisory. You will lead RFP responses, design cross-functional S/4HANA solutions, and shape transformation roadmaps for global clients.
• Subject Matter Expert: Go deep in your functional domain. You will lead workstream delivery, serve as the go-to authority for clients and delivery teams, and contribute domain expertise to solutioning and proposal development.

What We Are Looking For

• Consulting or advisory-side background.
• Hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience across one or more functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across complex, cross-functional environments.
• For Transformation Lead: proven experience managing large-scale SAP programs.
• For Enterprise Solutions Architect: active pre-sales experience including RFP responses, solutioning, and proposal development.
• For Subject Matter Expert: deep functional expertise and multiple full-cycle S/4HANA implementations as a consulting-side practitioner.
