Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Solution Architect with strong expertise in Java, AWS, and modern cloud-native architectures to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance banking and payments solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Cards & Payments, driving architecture, technology modernization, and engineering excellence across enterprise-scale programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own end-to-end solution architecture for digital banking, cards, and payments platforms.
- Lead development teams and provide technical direction on architecture, design, coding standards, and best practices.
- Build cloud-native solutions using AWS services and microservices-based architectures.
- Define API strategies, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
- Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD automation, containerization, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to deliver strategic solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in Technical Lead or Architect roles.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale BFSI transformation and modernization programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead distributed teams and drive solutioning from concept through delivery.

- Payment Processing, Authorization, Clearing & Settlement
- Visa/Mastercard Ecosystems
- PCI-DSS, EMV, Tokenization, Fraud & Risk Management
