Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Deployment to serve as the liaison between customers, vendors, and rider experience local business stakeholders and regional teams on one side, and product teams on the other side. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, consolidating business needs, building structured business cases, and ensuring the smooth execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.

 Discovery & Analysis

• Engage with local business stakeholders and regional teams to gather product feedback, identify pain points, and receive feature requests
• Consolidate and prioritize input to identify high-impact opportunities
• Translate operational challenges into structured business cases for the product team
• Drive adoption and effective utilization of product tools within the designated scope

Driving Business Value 

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build data-driven business cases
• Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and value assessments
• Present proposals to product leadership for consideration and prioritization

Go-To-Market Orchestration

• Lead the cross-functional rollout of product initiatives across operations, finance, legal, pr, and marketing
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and communications to ensure readiness across all teams
• Develop and maintain deployment playbooks, FAQs, and training materials

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between the product and regional teams
• Maintain alignment across senior stakeholders through regular updates and checkpoints
• Track and report on rollout performance, adoption, and feedback
• Drive critical cross-functional alignments, proactively escalating blocking risks to leadership and de-escalating operational trade-offs

Team Co-leadership & Coaching

• Support team leadership in guiding daily work, setting and executing priorities, and keeping the team on track
• Coach mid-level and junior specialists on stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and communication style.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or product-related roles in a multi-region or global company
• Strong analytical and business acumen; able to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into recommendations
• Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute product rollouts, managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with operational requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in fast-paced or matrixed environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, proven track record of managing and influencing ( director +) -level stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in coaching or leading mid-level and junior specialists is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, and project management platforms (e.g. Asana)

Nice to have

• Experience with internal operational excellence tools, CRM platforms, or implementing AI capabilities to improve workflow efficiency
• Strong understanding of user support processes, operational workflows, or customer experience structures within on-demand delivery or retail environments
