Solution Architect - Emerging Platforms-Blue Yonder

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) Consultant to join the Emerging Platforms – Delivery department in Bangalore. The role involves end‑to‑end solution architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment of Blue Yonder planning modules, supporting large‑scale supply chain transformation initiatives for global clients. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional expertise with strong technical acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions within the Blue Yonder ESP framework
• Configure and implement supply, production, capacity, inventory, and distribution planning models
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, performing root‑cause analysis and communicating resolutions to users
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for custom development
• Lead testing and deployment activities, manage business sign‑offs, and oversee production releases
• Collaborate with SAP ERP teams to integrate Blue Yonder planning solutions with existing ERP systems
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and delivery team members
• Prepare and deliver solution documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions
• Monitor solution performance post‑go‑live and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain or planning solutions, preferably with Blue Yonder ESP
• Strong expertise in supply, production, capacity, inventory, and distribution planning processes
• Hands‑on experience configuring and implementing Blue Yonder ESP modules
• Proven track record delivering global supply chain transformation programs
• Experience integrating Blue Yonder solutions with SAP ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to design and execute test plans across multiple testing phases
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Immediate or earliest availability preferred
