Solution Architect - Emerging Platforms-

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect for its Emerging Platforms – Delivery team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Kinaxis‑based demand and supply planning solutions across cutting‑edge platforms. You will partner with clients to translate business requirements into robust, rapid‑response architectures, author comprehensive solution documentation, and ensure seamless post‑implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end‑to‑end Kinaxis solutions aligned with emerging platform technologies.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations, from discovery through go‑live and hypercare.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture demand and supply planning requirements.
• Develop rapid‑response models and scenario‑planning capabilities.
• Author technical and functional solution documentation, including configuration guides.
• Mentor and guide delivery teams on best practices and architectural standards.
• Ensure integration of Kinaxis with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of planning processes.
• Manage client expectations and provide executive‑level status reporting.
• Support post‑implementation governance and performance tuning.

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning and solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including demand and supply planning modules.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end Kinaxis implementations on emerging platforms.
• Strong background in solution authoring and configuration management.
• Hands‑on experience with rapid‑response scenario modeling and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional delivery teams and mentor junior staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, TOGAF, PMP) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
