Senior Golang Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Golang Engineer to join a US-based experience design and implementation company. The company delivers both traditional offline and digital experiences across various sectors, with a particular focus on large-scale events in sports, education, and philanthropy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Go.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable production-quality code.
• Design and implement backend solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Build and integrate APIs and backend services.
• Work effectively in an Agile and collaborative development environment.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience with Go/Golang.
• Senior-level experience in backend software development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and backend development principles.
• Experience designing and developing APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of databases and data modelling.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience building high-scale or distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
