Sales Administrator

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the admin engine behind a UK sales team — quotes out on time, CRM clean, and nothing slipping between a deal and an invoice. This is a good fit if you enjoy being the organised one in a fast-moving sales team, like tidy data, and want a long-term career with a UK business from home in South Africa. Key responsibilities - Prepare and send quotes, proposals and order paperwork - Keep CRM records accurate and up to date after every deal stage - Process incoming orders and hand them to operations cleanly - Produce weekly sales reports and pipeline summaries - Handle customer queries on pricing, availability and order status - Support the sales team with diary, follow-ups and document preparation What you'll need - Experience in a sales administration, sales support or order processing role - Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive - Confident with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting - Strong written and spoken English, and accurate attention to detail - A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work Nice to have - Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks or a similar invoicing system - Experience supporting a UK or international sales team - Experience with quoting or CPQ tools What's on offer - 100% remote — work from anywhere in South Africa - Working hours of 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday - Long-term placement with a stable UK employer - Ongoing support from the Remote Recruitment team throughout your placement If this sounds like your kind of role, apply with your CV and we'll be in touch.
