Specialist in Order to Invoice (OTI) with Spanish or Portuguese

As a Specialist in Order to Invoice (OTI) at Diebold Nixdorf's Global Business Services (GBS) Warsaw Delivery Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the end-to-end OTI process. This position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and a strong interest in business administration or finance. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the OTI process, including order processing, invoicing, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders/contracts for hardware, software and services
- Track and manage orders/contracts, updates and cancellations
- Create and administrate purchase orders for internal and external vendors
- Prepare, issue and submit customer invoices
- Maintain and review data in relevant systems and databases
- Daily monitoring of invoicing and management of dashboard (transaction)
- Review and resolve billing inquiries
- Respond to inquiries from business and customers
- Ensure compliance with the Group’s controls, policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English and Spanish/Portuguese.
- Sound knowledge of SAP ERP, especially modules SD and MM.
- At least Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
- Sound knowledge of MS Office package, especially MS Excel
- Flexibility, accuracy and enjoying working in a team
- 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an industrial or IT company
- Ability to work with large datasets and have high dara affinity
- An understanding of accounting principles and commitment to maintaining compliance with company standards and policies
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will interact with customers and colleagues.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently
- Willingness to adapt to changing processes and learn new tools and systems
