Tasks inspiring you

  • You take ownership of (sub-)projects in product development and steer them safely to completion
  • Deadlines, budgets, and resources stay firmly under your control — and you actively counteract any deviations
  • Identifying risks early, you make clear decisions and keep your project on track
  • Requirements from product management and related departments are structured by you and translated clearly into development
  • As the central interface, you coordinate alignment between management, team leads, and the team, creating transparency on status and results
  • Combining traditional and agile methods as the situation requires, you continuously improve our project standards
  • Driving strategic product initiatives forward is part of your role
  • Our cloud transformation and modern development processes take shape with your active input

Qualifications That Inspire Us

  • A completed degree with a strong IT focus, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as a project manager with full responsibility, including at least four years of independently managing IT projects
  • A proven track record in managing budgets, timelines, resources, and project risks
  • Confident command of both traditional and agile project management methods
  • Experience in the logistics sector, ideally in warehouse management
  • Business-fluent English and German
  • An assertive, well-organized, and decisive personality who takes ownership
