We are looking for you to join our test & release team of the Grid & Energy Management business unit.

Tasks inspiring you

As a Release Engineer (m/w/d) your mission is to ensure the reliable, secure and repeatable delivery of software releases across one or more product lines or system components. You create transparency around release content, coordinate technical and organizational processes and ensure controlled, quality-assured delivery of product increments to customers and internal stakeholders. You operate across teams, components, and environments, safeguarding the release process end-to-end.

  • Plan and manage end-to-end release processes and schedules
  • Coordinate build and deployment pipelines with DevOps and Engineering
  • Conduct release readiness and go/no-go meetings
  • Ensure compliance with security, quality and documentation standards
  • Manage release risks and continuous process improvement

Qualifications That Inspire Us

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Release Engineering, DevOps or related roles
  • Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitLab CI, BitBucket, Jenkins)
  • Knowledge of artifact repositories and security scanning tools (SAST/DAST/SCA)
  • Experience working in multi-team, complex system environments
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
