Position Description
We are looking for talented software engineers to develop advanced solutions in Communications, Navigation, and Electronic Warfare for defense-related customers. The role involves collaborating with Systems, Hardware, and Test Engineers across Requirements Development, Design, Development, Integration, and Test phases. The engineer will prepare design and project artifacts for complex programs while leveraging current and emerging technologies.
Skills Required
- Embedded and/or application software development
- Strong C++ development
- Object-Oriented Design and implementation principles
- Software and systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
- Software testing, validation, and verification
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Real-time embedded development
- Full life cycle software development
- C#, Python, or Java
- Green Hills, VxWorks, Windows, or Linux
- Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Continuous Integration tools
- Agile development
- Software algorithm design and implementation
Experience Required
- 8+ years with a Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years with a Master's degree
- 4+ years with a PhD
- Active DoD Secret security clearance required
- U.S. Citizenship required
Education Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
