KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: a. Analyze business requirements and provide functional and technical solutions within Epicor Kinetic/ERP. b. Configure and support Epicor modules including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, and Shipping. c. Develop and maintain BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, Application Studio customizations, Functions, and SSRS reports. d. Design, develop, and support integrations using Epicor REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, EDI, and third-party applications. e. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance. f. Support ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, data migration (DMT), and end-user training. g. Configure and support Multi-Company and Multi-Site setups in Epicor ERP. h. Support and collaborate on Epicor Kinetic Finance module configurations, enhancements, and business process improvements. i. Prepare technical and functional documentation and ensure adherence to Epicor best practices.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: a. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. b. 4+ years of experience as an Epicor Kinetic/Epicor ERP Techno-Functional Consultant. c. Strong knowledge of Epicor tools including BPM, BAQ, Dashboards, Application Studio, Functions, DMT, and SSRS. d. Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server/T-SQL, REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and JSON. e. Functional knowledge of Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, and Shipping modules. f. Experience with third-party integrations, ERP implementations, and production support. g. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. h. Epicor certifications or cloud implementation experience are an added advantage.
