IT Lab Computing Support Specialist
Location: Bothell, WA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $50/hr
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Lab Computing Support Specialist to support laboratory computing systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Computer System Validation (CSV), laboratory systems support, and Windows-based infrastructure.
Key Qualifications
- Experience supporting laboratory systems in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment
- Computer System Validation (CSV) experience, including IQ/OQ activities
- Strong Windows and Active Directory administration experience
- Experience with hardware deployment, imaging, troubleshooting, and user support
- Strong documentation and compliance experience within regulated environments
Responsibilities
- Support laboratory computers, software, and related technologies
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory access
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Participate in validation activities and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with laboratory, quality, and engineering teams
Schedule
- Training: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Transition Schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Long-Term Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
