Logistic Subject Matter Expert
About the Role
Join us as a Logistics Subject Matter Expert and play a key role in driving operational excellence, business performance, and digital transformation across our logistics organization.
This high impact position combines hands-on execution, process optimization, project leadership, and data driven decision making in a dynamic production environment.
What You Will Do
- Own logistics execution within your subdomain, ensuring smooth, stable, and efficient logistic execution
- Act as the go-to expert for operational collaborative performance and problem solving
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that deliver real business impact
- Drive adoption of advanced tools, automation, and AI-based solutions
- Manage projects end-to-end as a PMO lead, from definition through execution
- Translate data into insights, actions, and measurable improvements
- Collaborate across planning, manufacturing, quality, and support teams
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Proven success leading projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in complex, high-volume environments.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- Full-time onsite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP and analytics tools.
- Exposure to automation, digital technologies, and AI solutions.
- Semiconductor or manufacturing background.
