Senior Cost Analyst

Target Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000

Location: Orlando, FL (Must reside in or within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area)

Key Responsibilities For The Senior Cost Analyst

• Manage project setup, maintenance, billing structures, and WBS configurations within Deltek Costpoint.
• Analyze project costs, contract funding, billing activity, and unbilled receivables to support accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review invoices for CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts, including submissions through WAWF/PIEE.
• Review contract modifications and update funding ceilings, periods of performance, and project structures.
• Investigate and resolve billing, cost, and funding discrepancies while maintaining accurate project records.

Qualifications For The Senior Cost Analyst

• 5+ years of project accounting, cost analysis, project billing, or contract administration experience within government contracting.
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, particularly Project and Billing modules.
• Experience supporting CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts, including government invoicing through WAWF/PIEE.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA requirements, strong Excel skills, and U.S. citizenship.
