Job Description:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation.

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings.

• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and impact analysis.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC.

• Support UAT, test case validation, and defect resolution.

• Track requirements and ensure successful delivery of business solutions.

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence is preferred.
