SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to perform cardiac ultrasound studies under the supervision of a sonographer from a more senior category or a physician.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be ARDMS or CCI registered or proof of graduation from an applicable program. If registry eligible must be registered one (1) year after graduation date.
- Must obtain BLS certification within three (3) months from hire.
- Prior pediatric experience is preferred.
- Transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) experience preferred.
