Looking for Solutions-Oriented and Responsible individual who will be the first-line technical support, professional services including on-site support and system upgrades, and technical training for the company's resellers and customers. Someone who is comfortable managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure and databases and has a strong understanding of how different systems interact and support business operations. The team and more importantly this role will provide support, training, documentation, and professional services across the Nordic region and supports global operations for the Unison product line. The role also performs testing, evaluations, documentation development, and supports enhancement of new and existing products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage support cases from intake through resolution.
- Deliver technical and user training to employees, partners, resellers, and customers.
- Administer support portals and product catalogues.
- Perform testing, beta testing, and maintain manuals and technical documentation.
- Provide on-site support and upgrades as part of professional services.
- Support product quality, customer migrations, and future product requirements.
- Act as a technical advisor in complex projects and drive resolution of product defects.
Requirements
You have a genuine interest in IT infrastructure and several years of experience working with networking, server and client environments, virtualization technologies, and Microsoft SQL Server. You thrive in an environment where you can combine operational work, problem-solving, and technical development. We are looking for someone with solid knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Networking (switches, routers, firewalls, and TCP/IP)
- Server and client environments (Windows and/or Linux)
- Virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix
- Microsoft SQL Server administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience preferably within the Security Business and /or IT
Education & Competencies
- Minimum secondary school qualification; university degree preferred.
- Proven experience in networking, server/client infrastructure, virtualization, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and maintain enterprise IT environments and databases
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Project management experience.
- Strong Swedish and English language skills. (Mandatory) Location ONSITE - Solna, Stockholm
- Must be a Swedish citizen and hold a valid Drivers Lenience
- Must have an approved Security Clearance
