About the Company: This is a full time role with a partner agency in the self-storage industry, specializing in technology-driven storage solutions. The company enhances the rental experience through seamless digital tools and personalized customer service, helping individuals and businesses with secure, convenient storage options.
Location: LATAM - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Own routine IT support requests, from account setup and password resets to permissions and platform access.
- Troubleshoot common account and system issues and escalate more complex problems when needed.
- Perform recurring system and data audits to spot discrepancies and keep information accurate.
- Partner with facility managers to track down missing information and resolve data issues.
- Update systems and tracking documents with verified changes and audit findings.
- Follow established IT processes, security policies, and documentation standards.
- Experience in customer service, help desk, or IT support is a plus.
- Comfortable learning new software and navigating multiple platforms.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage several tasks without losing track of the small stuff.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with facility managers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic Microsoft 365 skills are preferred.
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask, investigate, and learn.
