Job description:

1.Provide software technical support for Quectel's full Automotive product line, including Cellular 5G, LTE, UMTS/HSPA(+), GSM/GPRS, GNSS, WiFi/BT, NAD and Smart Cockpit modules

2.Make quick response, offer on-site support to all Quectel customers located throughout APAC regions, and help them resolve any software issues

3.Business trip is necessary for on-site support

4.Offer feasible solutions to customers based on their application requirements.


Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, EE, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of automotive software development and customer-facing support.

Technical Domain:

  • Automotive platforms: AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive), Linux, Android Automotive, or QNX.
  • Connectivity & Modules: 5G/LTE, NAD, Smart Cockpit, GNSS, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, V2X/C-V2X.
  • Hands-on skills: C, C++, and Python for embedded systems; middleware and driver-level debugging.

Soft Skills & Travel:

  • Native/fluent Korean and business-level English proficiency. Mandarin speaking is added advantage.
  • Strong customer troubleshooting and project management skills.
