Senior UAT Tester – Group Digital Banking

We are looking for an experienced Senior UAT Tester to support the Group Digital Banking team. The role will be responsible for planning and executing UAT activities, managing test data and documentation, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring that system releases meet business requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand user requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and manage test data to support effective UAT execution.
• Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that systems meet business needs and user expectations.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide regular test progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Perform regression testing to ensure system enhancements and fixes do not impact existing functionality.
• Provide clear and actionable feedback on test outcomes, system behaviour, and overall quality.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Support end-to-end testing activities, including live/production validation throughout the release lifecycle.
• Support Google Analytics testing, including test documentation and defect management.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing, UAT, or a related QA/testing role.
• Strong hands-on experience in UAT planning, test case development, test execution, and defect management.
• Experience working closely with business users, Product Owners, developers, and project teams.
• Experience in regression testing and end-to-end testing.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production/live validation is an advantage.
• Experience with Google Analytics Testing is preferred.
• Candidates with banking or digital banking experience are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
