- Load/unload and operate computer-controlled machines to perform one or more machine functions
- Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to customer standards
- Review program specs or blueprints to determine and set machine operations and sequencing, finished work piece dimensions, or numerical control
- Monitor machine operation and control panel displays; compare readings to specs
- Document actions by completing production logs, quality logs, inspection sheets and accurate time cards
- Control coolant systems by coordinating with supervisor or project leader
- Listen and detect unwanted sounds and report potential issues to supervisor
- Stack or unload finished items or placing items on conveyor systems or in shipping area
- Complete preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, and performing simple troubleshooting
- Support 5S by cleaning machines, tooling, parts, and all associated work areas
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to use micrometers and calipers
- Strong commitment to detail and organizational skills
- Team Player
Must be a citizen of or person admitted lawfully for permanent residence into the United States.
