System One is seeking a Manager of Treasury Management for a direct hire opportunity located in Sarasota, FL.

Responsibilities

• Directing all treasury operations, including cash management, investments, and banking relationships

• Managing a diversified investment portfolio, balancing safety, liquidity, and yield

• Developing and executing investment and liquidity strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Leading cash flow forecasting and financial planning to support operations, capital projects, and debt service

• Overseeing banking structures and controls, ensuring accuracy, security, and strong financial partnerships

• Ensuring full compliance with Florida statutes, investment policies, and regulatory standards

• Supporting debt issuance and post-issuance compliance in collaboration with internal and external partners

• Utilizing data and financial systems to drive informed, strategic decision-making

• Presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders

• Building and developing a high-performing treasury team focused on continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in treasury management, cash management, or related financial roles

• Strong understanding of investment portfolios, liquidity strategies, and banking relationships

• Knowledge of Florida statutes, investment policies, and regulatory standards

• Proven ability to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making

• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior leadership and stakeholders

• Ability to build and develop high-performing teams
