Your Responsibilities

- Act as a first-point-of - contact for customer contact for operational and project-related topics
- Owe the service delivery performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process and service improvements
- Lead project transitions and contribute to a smooth handover into Business As Usual (BAU) operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Prepare service reports, project updates, and customer presentations
- Maintain documentation and track customer feedback and action items
- Provide day-to-day support to customers throughout their service lifecycle
- 2+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management and/or Customer Project Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Initial experience or strong interest in project management, service delivery, or customer-facing roles
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
- German and/or Spanish language skills are considered a strong advantage
