DESCRIPTION
- Support company operations by maintaining office services and systems.
- Prepare documentation for annual audit and include all stake holders.
- Maintain Intranet web page up to date.
- Design and implement 5S office policies by establishing standards and procedures and measuring results against standards.
- Organize workshops for the team including topics, agenda and follow ups.
- Steering and execution of Internal / External events
- Inform the team and top management through special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends
- Support with the on boarding for new employees
- Achieve financial objectives by scheduling expenditures and complaints to escalated suppliers
- Profile: Business
- At least 12 months of professional experience in executive administration, assistant, and/or similar positions for the automotive industry.
- MUST have experience working in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of 5S methodology
- Events coordination
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Good oral presentation
- Good communication skills. You will be in contact with plant managers from the OEM and TR1s
- Management skills to work under pressure
- Handling of KPIs and reporting
- Gather of lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Schedule 6:00 to 16:00
- Fluent English
- 1.5-year contract
