What We Are Looking For

The strongest candidates will bring more than application knowledge. We are looking for someone who can investigate difficult problems, understand both the technical and clinical implications, communicate clearly with the people involved, and take ownership of driving issues toward resolution.

The successful candidate should be comfortable moving between hands-on technical work and higher-level discussions regarding workflow, architecture, operational impact, risk, and strategy.

You should be someone who:

  • Takes ownership and works effectively with limited supervision.
  • Approaches problems analytically and methodically.
  • Understands the clinical impact of imaging technology.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, particularly during high-pressure situations.
  • Builds credibility with physicians, clinical teams, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Documents work thoroughly.
  • Balances immediate operational support with long-term improvement.
  • Enjoys learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
  • Values integrity, accountability, collaboration, and high-quality work.
