Bring your transportation systems expertise to a dynamic Business Analyst role supporting enterprise-wide solutions in the TMS and OBC space. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams, contribute to impactful deployments, and help shape technology solutions that align with a global template.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clear process and technology requirements for transportation management and on-board computer solutions.
  • Support business case development for new applications and enhancements, including evaluating benefits, risks, and operational impact.
  • Help manage deployment activities by reviewing support tickets, prioritizing issues, and driving resolution.
  • Assist with requirements gathering for expansion into additional product lines.
  • Create test plans and test cases, perform functional testing, and support user acceptance testing for assigned solutions.
  • Contribute to the support and enhancement of moderately complex systems, including error handling improvements.
  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation for processes, issues, and solution changes.
  • Provide user training for supported applications as needed.
  • Support unit testing, integration testing, cutover activities, and hypercare after deployment.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by following policies, procedures, and workplace safety practices.

Skills

  • At least 4 years of business analysis experience in road transportation IT.
  • Experience supporting one full lifecycle OBC deployment.
  • Experience supporting one full lifecycle TMS deployment.
  • At least 1 year of support experience with OBC and/or TMS systems.
  • 1 year of experience facilitating requirements-gathering SDLC workshops.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional, matrixed teams.
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance research with collaboration.
  • Must be able to complete work in the CST time zone.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Motive deployments.
  • Experience supporting Mastery Mastermind deployments or production support.
  • Background in road energy transportation.
  • Snowflake integration experience.
