Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Working with technical leads and team members to define, estimate and track scope, schedule and cost for IT related projects utilizing SAFe SCRUM processes and methodologies.
- Providing SAFe SCRUM Master leadership and tactical planning for execution of projects by applying technical information systems domain knowledge to achieve project objectives and deliverables on time, within budget, and meets technical requirements.
- Performing customer and functional partner liaison functions for the reports, visualizations, data warehouses and software teams as per SAFe SCRUM Master roles and responsibilities.
- Negotiating and verifying deliverables with stakeholders - external, internal, across functional organizations.
- Working with leads and team to identify potential project risks and responds by developing risk mitigation strategies, corrective actions, risk acceptance recommendations or avoidance for all aspects of the project.
- Managing the SCRUM board and SCRUM ceremonies as related to Project Management activities.
- Developing and delivering status reporting, decision documents, and presentations.
- Identifying efficiencies and conducts lessons learned for process improvement.
- Effectively addresses project concerns with management.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
- Ability to work in confined areas.
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.
- Ability to pass a Tier 1 federal background investigation including fingerprinting, more information can be found here: https://www.dcsa.mil/Personnel-Vetting/Background-Investigations-for-Security-HR-Professionals/Start-a-Background-Investigation/Case-Types-Forms/
- Must be able to obtain a SAFe SM/TC certification within 6 months of starting.
- Experience in one or more technical and business domains.
- Exceptional customer relationship management and team building skills.
- Advanced organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
- Master's Degree.
