The Opportunity

Our client is one of the fastest-growing power distribution manufacturers in the country. They're sold out through next year and despite massive capital investment are even turning down projects because they don't yet have the team or production capacity to execute. You could be one of the people who changes that.

The Company

This custom electrical equipment manufacturer has rapidly grown into a vertically integrated powerhouse gobbling up market share in the data center critical power sector. Their new 115,000 sqft Ohio-based facility assembles PDUs, RPPs, and STS units - with sister facilities handling sheet metal fabrication, in-house transformer manufacturing, and on-site testing and assembly. A second nearby 250,000 sq ft facility was recently acquired to support continued expansion.

The Role

This role sits at the primary assembly facility filling the gap between customer requirements and production readiness. You'll own requirements capture, lead-time commitment, cross-functional coordination across sales, supply chain, engineering, production, and direct customer communication on delivery feasibility. The job requires someone who can tell a major customer that the delivery date they want may not be possible but return with a solution that can work for both parties, using the kind of judgment that only comes from real industry experience.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of project management experience in custom (engineer-to-order) electrical equipment manufacturing
• Direct experience with any one of the following product categories: PDUs, LV or MV Switchgear, ATS or STS, RPPs, or comparable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Nice-to-Have:

• PMP certification or active pursuit
