Pay:

• Starting pay: $21.31 per hour
• Night Shift Differential: $ +2.0 per hour
• Production Incentive: percentage range from 5% to 30% of hours worked pay!

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a fast pace manufacturing environment
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and calculators
• Comfortable with math, unit conversions, production rates, and other tasks
• Good work history
