Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Dalton Collision – Knoxville, TN

Dalton Collision is looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting for our growing collision repair shop.

This is a full-time, onsite position. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.

Responsibilities

Work in harmony with existing accountant to split duties

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Process payroll and maintain payroll records

Maintain the general ledger in QuickBooks Online

Prepare monthly financial reports

Work with management and CPA for year-end reporting

Qualifications

3–5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required

Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting

Strong attention to detail and organization

Payroll Experience Preferred

Pay: $55,000 – $72,000 per year depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday
