Primary (Must-Have):
• Finastra GPP Expertise | Installation, deployment, configuration, development, and upgrades across Dev, SIT, UAT, DR, and Production environments
• ISO 20022 Payment Standards | SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, Instant Payments, Cross-border, CHAPS, BACS, SEPA, Fedwire, CHIPS, RTP, and FedNow
• Enterprise Integration & Tech Stack | IBM MQ, JMS, REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, XML/JSON, Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and Linux/Unix
Secondary (Good to Have):
• Infrastructure & High Availability | Configuring application, middleware, database, security, networking, load balancers, SSL, HA, and DR components
• L3 Production Support & Mentorship | Troubleshooting critical issues, root cause analysis, and mentoring customer technical teams
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the program leadership within the financial technology department, this role serves as the on-site Subject Matter Expert to lead end-to-end implementation activities for payment hub solutions. The GPP Developer / Implementation Specialist will collaborate directly with customer infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure seamless product installation, deployment, integration, and go-live support.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead Finastra GPP implementation lifecycle | Managing installation, deployment, configuration, development, and upgrades across Dev, SIT, UAT, DR, and Production environments.
• Design and implement system integrations | Connecting upstream and downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IBM MQ/JMS, Kafka, SFTP, and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
• Configure core technical and security components | Setting up the application, middleware, database, security layers, and payment processing configurations.
• Coordinate infrastructure and deployment activities | Working with infrastructure teams for Linux, Oracle Database, middleware, networking, load balancers, SSL, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery.
• Execute production cutovers and provide L3 support | Overseeing deployment cutovers, DR testing, failover validation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting production issues.
