Join a leading national legal firm as an IT Support Analyst. You'll provide crucial assistance to our users, resolving technical issues and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

You'll troubleshoot complex issues, manage user accounts, and contribute to the development of user guides and training materials.

The role

  • Support key business applications including M365 suite, MS Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID.
  • Provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide hands-on support for meeting room audio/visual setups and equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests, adhering to established SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides and knowledge documentation.
  • Participate in an after-hours support roster, providing weekend assistance as needed.


About you:

  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field.
  • Experience working in professional environment beneficial
