We're working with an innovative software business that develops products used to support public services and regulatory professionals across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior designer who wants to gain exposure across the full product lifecycle while working alongside experienced product, design and engineering professionals. You'll contribute to meaningful digital products used by real people every day while developing your UX, UI and product design capability in a supportive environment.

This will be a fixed term contract for 12 months initially with the possibility of permanent.

• Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Produce high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Participate in usability testing and user research.
• Help evolve design systems and component libraries.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
• Improve existing products using customer feedback.
• Consider accessibility and responsive design throughout.

• Portfolio showcasing UX/UI or Product Design work.
• Around 1-3 years' relevant experience.
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity around AI and modern digital product development.

• Work on products with genuine social impact.
