What will your responsibilities be?
- Ensure required right quantity, product quality and reliable delivery performance to the customer.
- Optimize production sequences and continuously improve operational efficiency, quality and cost performance.
- Lead all direct and indirect work within the assigned area, including production, maintenance and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, quality standards, health and safety regulations and internal procedures.
- Coordinate servicing, maintenance and improvement activities for machinery, technical equipment, buildings and outside facilities.
- Set priorities for maintenance and service activities to ensure employees and machines can operate effectively.
- Drive and implement production-oriented CI projects and recommend improved procedures and processes.
- Maintain close contact with customers and ensure smooth internal collaboration with materials management, quality assurance and other departments.
- Analyze and evaluate technical equipment and support investment decisions by recommending or declining purchases
- Lead, guide and monitor employees in production, maintenance and logistics.
- Create a motivating working environment through open, direct and regular communication with employees.
- Consult regularly with departmental heads and HR to ensure delivery across all shifts.
- Participate in selection and recruitment processes for new employees in the area of responsibility.
- Conduct performance reviews and plan individual development measures to improve employee performance and support personal growth
- Min 10 years of expertise
- Proven leadership experience in production, operations, maintenance or a comparable manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Just-in-Time production, quality standards, health and safety requirements and continuous improvement.
- Ability to coordinate complex operational processes across departments and shifts.
- Strong communication skills with a practical, solution-oriented and people-focused leadership style.
- Experience in managing customer expectations, production priorities and cost improvement initiatives.
