IT Operations Technician – Entry Level (Data Center / IDC)

TITANICOM is hiring Junior IT Operations Technicians to support international data center operations and large-scale IT infrastructure projects across Europe.

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Prior professional experience is not required. We provide structured onboarding and technical training to help junior candidates develop practical data center and IT infrastructure skills.

Please note: Proficiency in both Chinese and German is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 24×7 IDC (Data Center) operation and maintenance support

• Respond to incidents and execute work orders according to SLA requirements

• Perform routine inspections, identify operational risks, and support emergency response following EOP procedures

• Record incidents and prepare preliminary incident reports

• Use ticketing systems and strictly follow SOPs and operational standards

• Support installation, racking, deployment, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of servers, switches, and related IT hardware

• Support data center cabling and basic network infrastructure activities

• Assist with site surveys, on-site implementation, and project delivery

• Collaborate with IT, project, and other operational teams to maintain stable data center operations

Requirements

• Chinese proficiency – Required

• German proficiency – Required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome

• Previous professional experience is not required; training will be provided

• Basic understanding of IT hardware, servers, networking, or computer systems is preferred

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

• Strong learning ability and willingness to develop technical skills

• Strong execution capability and ability to follow SOPs and operational standards

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Self-disciplined and able to work independently

• Able to work in a 24×7 shift environment
