While you will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will also help manage incoming leads, follow up with prospective clients, schedule appointments, and support the administrative needs of our growing team.

What You'll Do
Lead Intake & Client Follow-Up
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries by phone and other communication channels
- Follow up with prospective clients and help move them to the next step in the process
- Ask qualifying questions and gather the information our team needs
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Create and maintain lead intake forms and ensure client information is accurate and organized
- Help ensure prospective clients receive timely, professional communication from their first interaction with TAB Construction
- Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
- Greet guests as they arrive at our office
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Help maintain a professional and organized front office environment
- Create a positive first impression for everyone who interacts with TAB Construction
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
- Assist with payroll follow-ups and other administrative responsibilities
- Help organize paperwork, information, forms, and internal processes
- Support the team with scheduling, communication, and follow-through
- Identify opportunities to improve organization and administrative efficiency
- Step in where needed to help reduce administrative burdens and keep the office running smoothly
Ideally, You Have
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar administrative role
- Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills
- The ability to make clients and visitors feel welcome and comfortable
- Experience with appointment scheduling, calendars, and administrative coordination
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfort using computers, email, calendars, spreadsheets, and other office systems
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
