LINUX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - Northern Virginia

We are seeking an experienced Linux System Administrator to support large-scale Linux enterprise environments operating within highly secure settings.

THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR ROLE

You will be responsible for system administration, security patching, troubleshooting, hardware support, infrastructure monitoring, and cloud platform support.

The role requires strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while supporting complex operational environments.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 5+ years Linux Systems Administration experience
• Strong Linux operating systems knowledge
• Scripting and automation experience (Bash, Python)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (switching, VLANS, storage)
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Security+

DESIRABLE

• Kubernetes environments
• Cloud infrastructure experience
