We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile teams, improve delivery practices, remove impediments, and help teams continuously improve their Agile maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide teams and organizations using Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies, and values
- Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward higher levels of maturity
- Identify and remove impediments affecting team delivery
- Facilitate: Scrum ceremonies, Team discussions, Decision-making, Team building, Conflict resolution
- Support effective internal and external communication
- Improve transparency and information sharing
- Support Product Owners with: Product backlog grooming, Backlog maintenance, Agile delivery
- Work with Product Managers to support organizational objectives and maximize ROI
- Apply appropriate Agile methodologies such as: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP
- Lead using a servant leadership approach
- Support continuous improvement across teams and the organization
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Scrum Master Certification – Mandatory
- Experience with Change Management
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
- Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and team-coaching skills
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Experience identifying and building KPIs to measure program performance
- Experience with Agile tracking tools such as: JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Experience creating and maintaining: Product timelines, Status reports, Communication plans, Product management documentation.
